Eating only McDonalds cheeseburgers everyday = obesity
Eating only McDonalds cheeseburgers everyday WITHOUT the bun = lean 10% bodyfat
I'm living proof of this, Mcdonalds pattys are the only thing I've eaten last ~2 months (I'm a lazycel) and I've been leaning down effortlessly, I'll reach 10% bodyfat in 1-1.5 months
McDonalds meat is pure beef cooked in it's own fat, the only thing sus about it is the processed american cheese, honestly I'm fine with it though in the shortish term as long as it's not carbs
I'll never touch starchy carbs again ever in my life after realizing this, if I'd like to cheat I'd much rather indulge on sugar through fruits or even chocolates than something goofy like a sandwich that doesn't nearly taste as good and is way worse for me, there's just no senario that starchy carbs are ever worth it
