In short, there's no reason to ever consume alcohol again. Of all the things I've tried, for a typical clubbing experience, 2C-B takes the cake as best substance overall. Ketamine is a close second but it's too disorienting and stupefying for me.
In any instance where you need mild disinhibition (a date, job interview, public speaking, etc.), opioids are a better choice than alcohol anyway. In my opinion opioids are better for disinhibition than common GABA affecting substances such as Phenibut, Pregabalin, or Baclofen. Opioids cause disinhibition but also are highly prosocial/empathogenic. There's absolutely no excuse to consume alcohol in 2025.
Cons:
- Expensive, sometimes can spend $100 or more per night on drinks
- Requires constant redosing
- Rapidly builds tolerance requiring ever increasing volume required to achieve desired effect
- Sloppy, makes you disoriented
- Causes you to become belligerent, makes your ego explode
- Feel like absolute shit the next morning, often wasting the entire day. Only preventable through the use of an often expensive supplement stack
- Music, dancing, and sex are only mildly more enjoyable even when at peak intoxication
- Destroys your body, is literally poison by definition. Extremely stressful on every aspect of your body
- Tastes like absolute shit, burns your flesh
- OK for very mild disinhibition, for example a date. One or two drinks max. There are better options to fill this niche though
- Crucial component of a successful normie larp

Cons:
- Potentially hard to find
- Potential for a "bad trip" but only if you're low iq and or a faggot
- Normie "friends" will disown you or distance themselves from you. Very hard to find normal people who are willing to participate with you. You become associated with the most degenerate people of the world
- Lasts the perfect amount of time for a typical "night out" (i.e. around 6-8 hours)
- Causes you to be benevolent, weakens your ego (paradoxically this increases your overall happiness in an ego dominated environment like a club)
- Initiates a series of processes that lead to increased neuroplasticity in the brain, arguably good for your brain
- Music, dancing, and sex become transcendent experiences
- Extremely cheap, sometimes $1 or less for an entire night
- Nearly as energetic as MDMA without neurotoxicity or concerns of frequent dosing (MDMA can only be done once every few weeks)
- Clearheaded enough to have basic conversations and perform basic tasks
- Increased open-mindedness leads to heightened sense of humor
- Can easily be aborted with a simple antipsychotic, you have complete control over how long you are intoxicated
- Afterglow the next day, you feel great
