Ok so I know that 90 percent of the shit you see on org is cope, but I have come up with a list of ACTUAL 100% WORKING methods that garuntee you will see changes in no less that 6 months.
Before I teach you guys how to ascend, let me tell about facepulling.
What is facepulling? (Skip this if u already know)
Facepulling refers to a set of techniques aimed at improving facial aesthetics by enhancing bone structure, posture, and soft tissue positioning, you’ve probably heard of zygo pulling, thumb pulling, etc.
The idea behind facepulling is that through consistent force, the maxilla (upper jaw) and facial soft tissue can be slightly repositioned over time, creating a more defined, forward-grown look.
facepulling sounds really easy right? Wrong. There are very precise ways to do all of it and I will teach you them. First, let me clear up any misinformation surrounding facepulling.
Does facepulling mess up your teeth?
No, if done correctly, facepulling has a very small chance to mess up your teeth.
How quickly will I see results?
Once again, if done properly, you will start to see results within 6-12 months.
Is facepulling mewing?
No, mewing is complete cope and has been disproven by every credible medical professional. The creator of mewing, John Mew, actually had his dentistry license removed for encouraging mewing and other unnecessary and dangerous practices.
Facepulling, however, is backed by actual science and makes complete sense.
Alright, let’s move on to the methods. There are two types of facepulling: external and internal facepulling, and each will have similar results. I will go over them now.
1: External Zygo Pulling
The zygomatic bone is the bone that forms the prominent part of the cheek and the outer side of the eye socket, and is responsibly for a huge part of our facial aesthetics. The zygomatic bone can be widened by inserting your thumb underneath your cheekbone from the outside of your face, until you get a grip on it. From there, pull as hard as you can (each facepulling exercise should go until failure) until you cannot. You should feel your face actually moving slightly, that’s how you know the method is working.
2. Chin/Mandible Pushing
This is an underrated method to increase chin protrusion to achieve a more masculine look. Many people assume that the chin is part of the lower jaw bone therefore it is not malleable, but that is wrong. Surrounding most of the bones in your face are small amounts of muscle and tissue that can be changed with a moderate amount of force. In this case, the tissue around the chin can be upturned via applying upwards force below it. Start by using a blunt object (a hammer is too strong and will fuck up your bones) to prime the area. Hit it a few times softly, so that you can avoid injuries, without serious pain. This will maximize the effectiveness of the pulling motion. Then, with both hands, cup the underside of your jaw and push as hard as you can, while sticking out your jaw in a way that mimics a severe underbite. Do this for a minute straight for every 1-2 hours of your day.
3.Belt pulling (WARNING, FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY)
Belt pulling is a relatively unknown method for achieving fast and extreme forward growth. Be careful however, as if belt pulling is performed incorrectly your teeth can become misaligned. Grab a belt and wrap it around an object that is level with your face when standing still. You can also just hold the belt in the air and pull but that is less effective because it will exert less force. Then, clench the belt between your front teeth AS HARD AS YOU CAN. If you clench too softly, your teeth will be pulled forward and you will have to get braces. From there, with a hand holding the belt for support, slowly walk backwards until all slack had been removed from the belt, then. Pull backwards until you feel your jaw begin to ache. Hold this for 30-60 seconds. Be very careful when doing this, because although it is one of the most effective methods of pulling the jaw forward if done improperly it can fuck up your teeth and give you an overbite.
4. Orbital rim pulling
Your orbital bones, the ones surrounding the eye socket can be slightly altered to make the eyes more deep set. Pulling can be done on both the top and bottom of the eye socket, with the top simulating a more protruding brow and the bottom providing more under eye support. Each are effective in their own way.
Place your fingers on the top of eye socket and dig below in the crevice between your brow and eye ball. (FYI, You should not touch your eyeball at any moment during this exercises). First, slowly massage the area in a horizontal motion. Then, begin to dig your fingers in and pull ( not too deep, it should not be painful) do this for around a minute. Repeat this for the bottom part of your eye socket, with the same instructions provided.
5. Thumb pulling
I’m sure people already know about thumbpulling but don’t know they are doing it WRONG. Place a thumb and a finger (there’s no reason to only do a thumb, more fingers = more force) on inside of your mouth between the gums and the teeth. Your fingers should be covering a small amount of your teeth and the area above them in the front of your mouth. Then, pull as hard as you can until failure. Do this for 1 minute of every hour. Thumb-pulling puts pressure on the surtures of the skull and expands them.
These are the 5 main exercises that WILL show results faster than any other methods, and they should be done daily. If anyone has any questions or does not believe in these methods, ask below. They are all backed by science and unrefutable.
Good luck.
