I: The Most Desirable Skintone
II: Benefits and Drawbacks
III: Tanning Method I: Beta-Carotene and Lycopene Tan
IV: Tanning Method II: Sun Tan
V: Tanning Method III: Spray Tan/Tanning Bed
VI: Tanning Method IV: Self Tan
VII: Tanning Method V: Melanotan/Tan Injections (NOT RECOMMENDED)
The most desirable skin tone is undeniably a warm, glowing, light brown/orange tone. It looks healthy and the glow makes your face look more vibrant and therefore youthful. It also makes muscles look more toned and you won't look like a nutrient deficient pale ghost. So why not invest a little time or money into making a warmer complexion? If you're pale it's a huge failo unless you wanna have an ethnic gaze vampire build.
II: Benefits and Drawbacks
As with most things, there's gonna be certain benefits and drawbacks. Tanning is no different.
Let's start with the benefits first: You will look more healthy, attractive, glowing, youthful and have a much wider sex appeal
Drawbacks: You won't age very well and will look like a wrinkly ballsack depending on the method used (eg. sun tanning will give you skin damage and cause premature aging because of UV rays). You can also get shitty side effects from certain methods like using Melanotan nasal sprays.

III: Tanning Method I: Beta-Carotene and Lycopene Tan
The first tanning method is to consume Beta-Carotene and Lycopene. Beta-Carotene is a Carotenoid that stimulates an enzyme in your body called tyrosinase
which plays a critical role in melanin synthesis. This boosts our melanin production, therefore giving us cumskins that warmer look. Beta-Carotene is also a precursor to Vitamin A, so it'll help give you mogger skin along with a numerous amount of other benefits because of the antioxidants. Lycopene is another Carotenoid similar to Beta-Carotene but it has no pro-vitamin A activity.
Here are foods rich in Beta-Carotene and Lycopene: Carrots, spinach, kale, corn, orange bell peppers, tomatoes, watermelon, pink grapefruit, cantaloupe and broccoli
Alternatively you can get it in supplement form. I'd recommend take ~20mg per day and if you already have Beta-Carotene rich foods in your diet even better.

IV: Tanning Method II: Sun Tan
Probably the most known way of tanning. It's as simple as going outside and absorbing the sun. Go for 10-30 minutes a day. Spend time out in the sun on a regular basis, but make sure to also take breaks. Before going out tanning also make sure your skin's dry points have been moisturised and you've exfoliated the dead skin cells. Wear some sunscreen if you don't want skin cancer too, and tan both sides of your body so it's not uneven.
V: Tanning Method III: Spray Tan/Tanning Bed
Go to a tanning salon or invest in a tanning bed. I don't like this method too much because your tan can look unnatural and it can be costly if you aren't moneymaxxed. Just don't go to a shitty tanning salon and get something quality if you use this method, or you'll just be clowned on by people when you come out looking like an Oompa Loompa.
VI: Tanning Method IV: Self Tan
Self tanners are creams which you apply that have chemicals which tan your skin by giving them a temporary stain. Because it's a chemical tan and not natural you won't get UV protection (same goes for spray tans). I can't say from personal experience, but ************* praises Bro Glo and it looks like a legit product. It's water based too so it won't fuck you over if you're an acnecel or someone with bad skin. Just don't get a shit product get something quality so again you don't come out looking like an Oompa Loompa.
VII: Tanning Method V: Melanotan/Tan Injections (NOT RECOMMENDED)
The final method is using Melanotan/tan injections. I do not recommend this at all as it can have really serious repercussions on your health. They usually come in the form of nasal spray and have semi-permanent effect.
