Sounds more like the Trickster Effect than the Universe and I will give an example.

Have you ever noticed when you are at absolute peace as in feeling content with yourself being who you are not
needing external validation etc or the company of women to feel stimulated,then suddenly you get a text from
an ex or even just general interest from random women start popping up into your life mysteriously almost as
if to disrupt your contentment.Then being the men that we are and having a weakness for women we give into
the idea of where these sudden romantic interests may lead then BOOM VANISH.All of a sudden you are ghosted
for no reason and back to square one of feeling frustrated and having to rebuild your Peace aagin from scratch

The Dating example I used is just one aspect of this Phenomena but it can manifest in a multitude of ways.My
Theory is that there almost seems to be a "Force" in our lives which exists to regulate our emotions and keep them in
check ,sort of like a Pendulum not allowing us to dwell too long or too short within one particular mode of Emotion.
Now the big question is - Is this a benevolent Force or a Bad one ? That I have no idea.

The way these "Tests" feel to me though almost seems like Energy Games ,as though there are beings vampirizing
our Mental/Kinetic Energy to keep us in a perpetual state of Low Vibration.Someone else in the comments mentioned
a similar Phenomena which I honestly dont believe is all that farfetched.
