Aight first gna link studies first cz this seems pretty promising

https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC5933736/

https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articl...racrine factor for osteoblast differentiation

Statins are usually used for cholesterol but according to studies they can increase osteoblast activity by alot also decreasing risk of osteoporosis (useful for arimidex feinds)
whilst im not incredibly knowledgeable on this im sure you seen at least one thread on here talking about BMPs to maximise bone growth but not only are they way too expensive but theyre also impossible to get a hold of or make any use out of.

This is where statins come in.

Using statins like simvastatin mevastatin and atorvastatin stimulated BMP-2 production by large amounts stimulating large amounts of new bone growth (Cerivastatin increased it by more but idk if you can still source it cz it was a shit statin with a load of sides)

In practice you could try to use this in two ways either by just taking it systemically like normal which would be less effective and not targeted to facial bones. Or you could use the raw powder to create a makeshift gel using ethanol a gelling agent distilled water and a ph neutralizer(if you want you could probably add other shit in here like DMSO but idk). you could then apply this gel either js on the surface of the skin but its less effective or inject it if your smart enough to not fuck yourself. i personally think the best middle ground is just using the gel on the skin and using something like a derma stamp maybe but not 100%.

Anyway if anyone is more educated on this area feel free to correct anything i said but i havnt seen anything about using statins on here yet so thought i might see if this was a cope or not

wouldnt be significant enough to see a difference, if it was every 50 year old fatass would have crazy bones

largest effect in puberty i believe. also bone growth was around 30-50% in some areas in the studies. also thats when taken systemically

Been gatekeeping this, but now that its out I can say that theyre extremely powerful when injected locally.

Possibly stimulating over 1mm of Periosteal thickening with significant effect up to 3cm in diameter on rodents using a plga slow release solution from one injection in under month

Rodent models show what I have said above and this effect is translated to humans where a low concentration gel applied topically has been show to significantly speed up the filling of holes from dental extractions

Issue is that the regular raw form is useless im humans and has to be processed by the liver first or hydrolyzed through a chemical process.

Then you need to formulate a slow release plga solution and injected it periosteally which both are a process in and of themselves

Which statin induced the most growth
