The wait before a scheduled surgery is unbearable

Damn, still need to wait till the end of May to have my eye area surgeries. That's almost two months from now.

I can't even have jaw implants because I need to wait a whole year for my chin to be fully healed, fillers would be temporary and expensive cope.

In the meantime I let my mind go wild with crazy morphs, unreasonable expectations and ascension hopes.

It was the same process before my genio.

Thankfully ramadan will begin in less than 2 weeks Inshaallah so I will be spiritmaxxing and leanmaxxing at the same time while staying away from org.

You should wait a couple months before undergoing another general anesthesia. 6 months is good.

My eye surgeries will be under sedation, local anesthesia so no worries for me.

You could get them done during your bimax and probably save 10k, recovery might be slightly harder but that’s it

Yeah it’s fucking brutal, just have to be grateful I’m able to get surgery in the first place. I’m hoping that my surgery plan can be finalized atleast a month before the surgery so I can stop worrying about it

Goodluck brothers, but without any protein intake you will more likely to burn your muscles instead of the fat. Human body is tricky.
Don't know however, if eventual exercising would help. Probably not as it will deepen your caloric deficite.

@feelgood got it right : 10mm advancement and cost was about 5K but it was a top notch surgeon in France. I think you can have a genio for far less than that (3K in general) and not get botch, it's a pretty common surgery. No need for a Ramieri, Taban/Vrcek or Alfaro level surgeon for this procedure.

i will still intake a good amount of calories and 200g protein everyday, that alongside the steroids should prevent any muscle loss
