It's not that the elites are allowing everyone (this would be impossible since it would instantly implode their countries) but rather it's just that ethnic countries and populations outnumber developed ones by such an absurd degree that it can impact demographics even if only a relatively small percent makes it.

Yes but this is not because of 'great replacement'; ethnics just breed like rabbits and its destroying their own home countries with massive overpopulation.
