You need a room or area dedicated to studying, how do you expect yourself to keep focus when you have your PlayStation and Phone right next to you your study space should only have the equipment you need to study starve distractions and feed focus.

Make sure to take breaks as you don't want to bust your brain from working to hard as this will lead to more procrastination. Motivation is utter cope imagine not being able to do whats necessary just because your not in the fucking mood grow the fuck up and do it.
