Seriously, the only time you should not have children is if you are a legit subhuman and massively ascend. If you only do slight modifications to your face that can ascend your from 5 to 6psl you don't have to worry about your kids being ugly because at worst they would be average and nobody would get suspicious. Another thing to consider here is the mother also, the kid will get her genes too
