What are you coping with?
 
gym, weed, movies, growing out my hair
What’s wrong with any of those? They don’t seem like copes, just things you enjoy doing. Nothing wrong with that

Well thats true but lemme rephrase, I'm coping as in, i get a lot of confidence/joy from these things that artificially inflate my confidence sometimes

- quit cannabis it massively screws you up. Lowers your testosterone, screws up your reproductive system, fries your brain and turns you complacent. Saps your motivation. Destroys your circulation and lungs. Horrible for your skin and hair. you know it’s cope that’s why you wrote it down. Start by switching to edibles. Once in a while might not be bad it all depends on your biology but i think men should be more aware of the deleterious effects on testosterone and the reproductive system cannabis does. Epigenetic changes as well. Personally i think it should be used as medicine in specific circumstances.

-movies could be cope if your using to escape just limit to 2 a week

-gym can be a cope too, don’t stress your body too much just keep it to 3x a week otherwise it’s not cope. get daily cardio (walking is good too)

-if you haven’t grown your hair out ever do it. you’ll regret not doing. so i don’t see cope
