... Is the loss of sleep. Nobody ever mentions this and I don't know why. Any grown person can easily handle not eating and drinking for 20 hours a day but the change in sleep routine hits your hard.
You eat at like 21:30 and then go to sleep at like 23:00. You typically wake up an hour before the sun rises and that's about 05:22 here. You eat again until the sun rises and go back to your sleep that was cut in half with a full stomach. Repeat this 30 times in a row.
Other than this its not so bad. But it's effects on sleep is really understated. I live in the Netherlands.
