Theeth whitening with 20% h2o2 advice pls

So I plan on whitening my theeth at home with around 20%h2o2 , of course I’m not retarded and will use a gingival barrier + curing light and probably even apply it twice just to be sure my gums don’t get giga fucked. I plan on leaving the h2o2 on for 30 minutes and depending on the sensitivity I get and the whiteness my theeth will be I might go for up to 2 rounds of 30 minutes more. Has any1 done this and has expierience / advice for me ?

Being totally honest no I haven't tried this but it is one most common softmaxxes.
