Food today:
1lb lean ground beef(93/7)
1 slice of cantaloupe
6 mini bell peppers
may have two egg yolks and ill call it quits for the day

Exercise:
-light 2 mile jog(so far), walking, may run a little more, still out here

this is what i got for the morning
will try to aim for ~5 miles combined running/walking minimum per day until im lean

may walk some more tonight tho when the sun goes down and i dont have to worry about frying my collagen

cinco de mayo end of day mileage after work
i almost caved and ate some beef but i am a strong girl
i instead ate some romaine lettuce and a small slice of honeydew for dinner
i am only allowing myself 1 pound of either very lean beef muscle or organs per day


i think melons are the most ideal fruit fir me.
high water content, easily digested, easily avoidable seeds, not starchy, decent nutrients, low cal

estimated calories today


Given that I walked/ran about 8 miles, and probably require about 2000kcals to maintain weight(lowballing that figure I think)

I should have 1000 -(2000 + 800) = -1800 as a deficit today.
I plan on hitting at least 5 miles every day until I lose this weight.

Volume eating is so incredibly helpful. I feel very sated after my dinner of lettuce and honeydew.

Walk every you go and don't do all those miles in one setting. For example I go on a run everyday for 6 miles and then walks to go anywhere by the end of the day I am over 15 miles easily. Walking is great

Good morning. Little bit of a bad start but I skipped going out to run this morning because I woke up late and have some stuff I need to focus on. Everyone, please call me a fat lazy bitch for this.

I am starting my day with:

1lb of lean ground beef
2 egg yolks
6 mini bell peppers
I will call it quits there for breakfast.

If I feel hungry later throughout the day, I will allow myself some lettuce, bell peppers, or a small slice to cantaloupe or honeydew to tide me over

I had more lettuce, some honeydew melon, more peppers.
Today I ran/walked 5 miles which was the bare minimum, but I also fell asleep in the middle of the day for a depression nap

I have been really good about keeping my food intake reasonable lately. Focusing on high volume foods like fruit is so helpful just because I can fill myself up as I get hungry and not binge eat my calories for the next few days. The slightly increased carbs compared to my usual carnivore diet has also been really helpful for maintaining a higher activity level. Running/walking/lifting is much easier despite the deficit. I also wonder if the increased vitamin c is helping with inflammation, because I have been running every day with no feelings of soreness at all. At 900kcals and I doubt I will exceed 1100 by the day's end. I may just have more melon, peppers, or lettuce if I get hungry, but that should do it for me. I have yet to do my running, but I will go out tonight. Too sunny rn
 
Had a little cantaloupe, bell pepper. Final calorie count is a little over 1100

another (approximately)5 mile day
3 mile run and then finished up with a walk. I am pretty sure it is 5+ regardless of what the thing says since I did some walking without my phone.
 
Honesty post: last night I ended up eating more lean beef, and ended up at 1800kcals for the day.Still in a deficit given the calories burned from exercise/my maintainence, but not good.

Just ate breakfast. 1300kcals about. I will not eat anymore for today because that is dangerously high. Exercise will be done tonight
