So i have been doing research on methods that could potentially lead to bone growth but pretty much every single one of them didn't seem very promising
1 - just blasting peptides/roids/hgh
this obviously can grow your mandible the only problem is
- its not very targetted it could lead to irregular growth and might even just give you a horse face rather than a aesthetic jaw or just lead to spread out growth thats not even noticeable
- expensive
- could lead to other sides like aging
- requires low inhib
2 - chewing
chewing has been proven to be able to hypertropy your masateer muscles but there are a few potential problems with this method
- square face, although your training your masateers your also training your temporalis muscles, if you overwork this muscle you will look like that black minecraft steve dude and not aesthetic
- can damage teeth especially if you chew gum with sugar
3 - bonesmashing
i have found that bonesmashing unironically does work but it has some problems when it comes to face
- can overall damage your face rather than help it you could rupture blood vessels, veins, etc and obviously you could just disable yourself if overdone
- unknown how actually effective it would be or how much mass it will give you. most of the mass it gives is just swelling, for noticeable long term growth you would likely need to do it for months to years just for minimal effects
- will probably lower your iq
- can damage teeth if you keep smashing your lower jaw repeatedly
- painful
so since these things obviously aren't the best options i looked more into electro therapy
a few things i have found are tens devices, ultrasound/lipus devices, and others but obviously tens device dont give the controlled pulses needed to actually reach bone and even if it reached it, the kind of currents arent specialized microcurrents, ultrasound /lipus devices are unironically legit for bone growth but are expensive as fuck and also need specialized currents and im pretty sure you cant even buy them/activate them without a doctors license (although some chinese niggas probably would sell it to you for half off jfl) so nobody here would actually be able to get it and i want to make a actually realistic method, i also looked into implanted device that trigger bone growth but the problem is they need surgery and at that point your better off just getting jaw implants
and then i found the perfect device that fits all these criteria
- Potentially Affordable
- Doesn't require doctors license or permission to purchase
- Effective in stimulating bone growth/remodeling
- Actual scientific evidence backing it
- Not risky
- Non surgical
- Can be targetted in a specific area
Thats where i found pems devices
pems devices are well known to be able to trigger bone formation, they are literally used in people with osteoporosis to keep bone structure and density.
But wait. isnt that just maintaining and density? No it can actually stimulate new bone formation (both mineral density and appositional growth) even if you dont have osteoporosis/during healing

Figure 5. Effects of 10-week PEMF exposure on femoral trabecular MicroCT indices in OVX rats, including (A) bone mineral density (BMD), (B) trabecular number (Tb.N), (C) trabecular thickness (Tb.Th), (D) trabecular separation (Tb.Sp), (E) bone volume per tissue volume (BV/TV) and (F) structure model index (SMI).
Control, sham-operated control group; OVX, ovariectomy group; OVX+PEMF, ovariectomy with PEMF exposure group; Values are all expressed as mean ± S.D. (n = 10). bSignificant difference from the Control group with P<0.01; adSignificant difference from the Control group with P<0.05 and OVX group with P<0.01.
tldr: PEMF-treated rats regained roughly 0.014 mm of bone trabecular thickness after just 35 days of administerization of pemf
"but muh trabecular might not be visible growth & it was after 8 hours daily for 35 days"
sure trabecular could either mean visible thickness or density depending on the context and obviously nobody is going to put a device on their face for 8 hours a day so heres a more clear one
pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov
The effect of 1 Hz, 30 mT pulsed magnetic fields on young adult rat femoral metaphyseal bone thickness was assessed. Ten same litter, female Wistar rats were studied; five of them underwent 30 min magnetic stimulation sessions for 20 consecutive days. The anterior and posterior cortical, as well as trabecular bone transverse thicknesses were measured. The results obtained under clear field microscopy in stimulated and control histological cuts were (in microm) 398 +/- 32 versus 260 +/- 22 (P = 0.002), 380 +/- 68 versus 252 +/- 21 (P = 0.03), and 168 +/- 11 versus 112 +/- 11 (P = 0.002), respectively. The transcranial magnetic stimulation system, approved for human therapy, generates pulsed electromagnetic fields, which induce a significant thickness increase in cortical and trabecular in vivo stimulated bone tissues. This is the first time this effect in healthy animals is shown.
tldr: pemf was administered on the femur for 30 minutes a day for 20 days the rats grew 0.13-0.14 mm of thicker bone and 0.006 of trabecular thickening (could also mean bigger bones also but it could depend on context). thats literally 50% of the outter wall becoming thicker
"but muh its femur not jaw"
ok lets look at more studies done on the jaw
pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov
In conclusion, the current study for the first time reveals that low-intensity PEMF exposure is able to effectively improve** mandibular bone mass**, architecture, material properties and** bone formation** as well as** osteoblast survival** and differentiation in type 2 diabetic db/db mice, which highly depends on the activation of Wnt3a/β-catenin signaling. Our study indicates that PEMF might become a non-invasive and safe treatment alternative for resisting the deterioration of mandibular bone architecture and quality in T2DM patients, which is beneficial for protecting the teeth from loosening/loss and also securing the dental implant stability.
tldr: after 12 weeks 49% of the rats cortical bones thickness increased and 46% of the trabecular bones thickness increased
theres also study that shows pemf could make you grow taller possibly
there is even a study that shows pemf lead to faster healing during leg lengthening surgery (they could remove the fixator 1 month earlier) but also even after the bone was mineralized the bone was thicker when they used pemf on both the tibia and femur by about 0.2 mm as well as density
another study
pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov
alhough not testing specifically for bone mass pmef increased bone formation marker known as bsap, bone formation markers just mean the bone is growing somewhere, either cortically or trabecularly, if cortically that is confirmed bone thickening, if on trabecular then it could also be thickening but also possibly just density mainly
something else i can also add is that most of the tests are done on femurs, tibia, arms, or other long bones. your jawbone responds to electromagnetism even more than long bones and remodels faster, it has more vascularity, and it already contains a lot of progenitor cells (which is what forms the osteoblasts)
so it will work even better when applied to jaw or other facial bones
so overall pemf has been shown as a safe way to grow both bone density and bone mass, the limitations of course are us not having extensive testing on the rate of human bone growth of the jaw since i am not aware of any that test it but a regimine can definitely be made to accelarate this.
my theoretical regimine (not medical advice):
- pemf (15-75 hz is ideal since thats what was studied on) on jaw or whatever bone you want to grow for 1 hour a day
- mechanical stimulation (moderate chewing, jutting with resistance, possibly bonesmashing or just hard pressing obviously dont go crazy, vibration especially low magnitude high frequency, jaw lifts + mewing)
- high calcium and vitamin d diet (to replace the calcium proliferation), vitamin d3 recommended
- water
- drugs/peptides (MK7,Teriparatide,Abaloparatide, collagen peptides, mk6, or just straight up blast hgh)
mechanical stimulation is the most important to add to this since simply using pemf on ur jaw is unlikely to trigger much growth alone since its mainly biosignatures but it is a anabolic stimulus on its own just not as strong when not combined with mechanical stimulation
now please know this doesnt mean just apply some electrical device on your face and youll have chad bones in a week, bone turnover takes months even with extremely strong stimulation so you need to have patience and be consistent with it
i also recommend getting the handheld pemf devices since they can be applied directly to the jaw easier, but you could also possible just get a pemf mat and lay ur jaw on it. you can find pemf devices on google shopping and amazon price can vary from like 200-3k

Stimulation of osteoblast growth by an electromagnetic field in a model of bone-like construct - PubMed
