HGH does absolutely nothing for your chin at that age.
First, you’d need an insanely high dosage long term to have a slim chance to achieve some minor barely noticeable change.
Second, the growth can’t be controlled- it’s well possible, that only your nose or hair experience significant growth.

Third, even if your chin thickens, it won’t translate to a different type of chin shape- if it’s pointy, it stays pointy but slightly more prominent.
