Title. Below are his achievements that he proudly brags out

>4090 pull-ups in 18 hours
>5 ultramarathons within a few weeks with no rest in between
>Completed a 100-mile race and kept running with broken feet and internal injuries ending up in ICU
>Lost 48 kgs in 3 months
>3 Hell weeks in one year
>2nd place on MOAB 240, others had teams while he ran alone
>Found stair master he didn't like and climbed the Everest up and down

This doesn't sound like someone who is the right mental state tbh. This sounds more like a man who enjoys torturing his body

I still think his book is great. he himself makes it clear that people shouldnโ€™t blindly copy the extreme things heโ€™s done. What I respect is the core message learning to embrace discomfort and push through pain in pursuit of something bigger.

i read his book

the first thing he talks about is how his father abused him and his family since he was a kid

he had a horrible childhood and just switched from addiction to addiction

its obvious he hates himself, he just covers up as a "tough" guy who can run a lot and do push ups as if its beneficial
