I believe that all of the poor criminals and those with warlike tendencies were the ones who left the old continent to seek wealth, power, and foids. Aside from that those who did not have as big a capability for violence were likely killed in combat or starved during winter which then selected for more violent traits. This is why you see so many illegals commit such violent crimes even those who are castizo

I think it's a mixture between this and that native americans had the societies which practice human sacrifice the most out of all documented societies, they were already violent. So it was European mercenaries + people who do human sacrifice.
