microneedling only improves upper dermis via collagen remodeling this has no effect on dick size. lmao u should try it out though

also, look at r/gettingbigger maybe. It does remodle collagen so if you do PE excercises oike streching or pumping and microneedle after, it may boost recovery. Again I dont know the specifc collagen and science behind it. VERY LIKELY NOT
