Imagine this. You drank a little too much and went to drive your car home. You get into a Crash and die. In your last moments, your life starts playing infront of your eyes. But what if this is what happens during the seven minutes of brain activity after youre dead, but more detailed.

So what if when you ultimately die, your brain starts from your childbirth. You live your every day down to the last minute detail exactly they way it was. All of this happens in a fraction of a second, but for you it feels like a lifetime. You feel everything as it was actually happening, your pain, your emotions, your laughter, your death...

But everything just loops. You always die and you always live everything out again, who knows if this is the 4th time were living our life again?

Maybe this is a stupid theory that science proves impossible but I dont know, what do you guys think?

Thought provoking but ultimately useless idea as its impossible to prove or disprove and has no substantial value

Good theory for deep thinkers.

It makes us ponder that every action we are doing right now, whether it's to move our right leg in a sudden to disprove this, could mean that we did that and are just reliving that.

But anyway, JFL idk:lul:

I wonder if this actually does have merit in real life y’know, in a sense if it actually does just fade to black instantaneously or things just loop briefly after you die. Like does your brain just degenerate all at once when you die?

Even if we did prove it, we could affect it since it would be almost certain we were already dead and couldnt affect the outcome of our life

Science has seen that our brain has activity after we die In the memory areas so our brain is either searching for any hope to save itself and its body or looking through our lifes most important moments.

Im not sure if we can also ever confirm either of those true

Those who can confirm it are dead, so lol.

If we take it to its logical conclusion which is the ultimate version of determinism it's quite literally impossible to prove correct

True. Its just thought provoking. The only reason why one would want to prove what happens after we die is the uncertainty of death. No one knows if its possible to fight it or what happens after it.

This is mainly the reason almost every single culture and religion has their own idea of what happens after death.

It's funny how after death is collectively understood to be the only uncertainty that needs to be ironed out, even in religions that's are based on uncertainty (euro paganism) they have certainty after death

Because death is just too big of a concept for a human to understand. Its hard to understand something you cant study or control. You cant even Experience it yourself and then tell people how you felt, since you're dead. Gone.

Same thing could be said about religion but that doesn't stop billions following it
