i suspect she probably went to his shop a couple of times to play board games and he got infatuated with her (im certain she still has non NT interests, she follows guys with video game character pfps). The poor guy.

Little does he know that she gonna go in a year or two, move out to a bigger city to get a job, but most importantly, to get railed by taller better looking guys.
