I used to cope by thinking that if things had gone differently in the past i would be happy today. If i had socialize properly i wouldnt need to use tinder, i wouldn have met my oneitises and i would feel better today.

But then i realized that there is absolutely no guarantee things would be better. Maybe i would be constantly meeting unattractive girls, maybe the girls i liked would not like me back, maybe it would have been a huge waste of time and i would have ended up having the same issues again.

Some people are gonna be miserable no matter what thats just how life works. You wont find what you want in this life regardless of efforts. And the more you try to control things, the more you suffer
