There are only 3 types of confidence, which do you have?

1. Competence - being good at something. chad is confident at getting women because he is good looking
2. Experience - An event you have lived through before. Sex/dates gives you confidence for future sex/dates.
3. Low inhib/Delusion/not caring - You're not competent in social situations, you're not experienced with women, but you don't give a fuck about what others think. ER had this type of confidence to throw hot coffee on a couple.

I have type 3 somewhat. It gets to a point in inkwelldom where you stop giving a fk about nornies, women and sexhavers. You stop seeing yourself as inferior, just unluckier

It mimicks GABA neurotransmitter and basically gives massive anxiety reduction to the point of low inhib. Also serotonin or dopamine a bit too (can't remember) but you feel a bit euphoric

Tolerance can build quickly in some and can be very addictive, withdrawals can be life ruining so be very careful
