So let's get the base up and running.
You have 3 types of skulls - Negroid, Caucasiod, and Mongloid.
Now, a "true chad" can pass off as coming from anywhere from his skull pheno world.
For example,
Say Leonardo DiCaprio - A Caucasiod.
Imagine he wasn't a rich famous actor. If you go to a random person and tell them he's LEBANESE, they'll legit buy it.
Similarly if you take a Mediterranean Chad and tell a random dude he's Indian, they'll buy it.
It's basically the inverse of Dante1's "escaping a falio".
Doesn't really "apply" for negroid and mongloid skulls bc of their unique pheno and lack of presence across the world but a good example in Mongoloids would be Koreans (the best looking Mongoloids). They can pass off as Chinese, SEAs, etc anything they'd like.
What do you guys think?
