No, two years ago the industry was banned overnight by the leadership. A whole world and era of expatriation simply gone with the wind.

Cambodia is easy to go teach English now as a white dude with no degree or experience. But it's not that safe. Meaning you should have a little bit of money saved up and know how to use it when you get there. It can be rough. I could live for quite a long time without having to work on less than $3,000 in Cambodia, but if you aren't seasoned at living in other countries as an expat you're likely to lose that amount in less than a month.
