Both are possible.
But your body will NEVER, EVER, EVER let you suicide it's literally almost scientifically impossible. 1 person suis every 40 seconds but they are superhuman in terms of willpower or have brain damage that doesn't allow the body to send infinite agony and terror at the thought of suicide. If you are even planning it, you get visual hallucinations of your worst enemies literally raping you and laughing at you for the suicide planning. Like there is NO STRONGER FORCE IN THE ENTIRE UNIVERSE than your body's effort to make sure you never suicide.
Cold approach is possible after you've been in fights. The girl can mock you or be heavily creeped out but you'll get over it.
Crime also possible using Jon Jones technique where you see the overwhelming fear and nausea as your most powerful state, as the hyped-up state. Because it's not wrong, your body IS stronger in fight or flight mode, which is related to that state of panic and nausea.
But it's not possible unless the person you're targeting is a sociopath/psychopath. I literally can't hurt mammal non-sociopaths I literally just can't do it my body tells me "no he's not an enemy he's just an innocent."
