yes that means physical pain as well. you will only have a chance to be free after getting stabbed in the eye and bearing the pain

this is why psychedelics are liberating. because you face some kind of hell and return. atleast those who dont get scarred by it. there is still worse suffering than psychedelics offer, like physical torture
