There is this retard in my hostel that annoys me. What should I do?

There's this fucking broke ass nigger who refuses to get his hair cut at the barber's place and always cuts his hair in the common wash basins. Every other week I see clumps of hair in one of the wash basins making it unusable and disgusting. The nigger doesn't even have the decency to put a newspaper or some cardboard and dispose off the hair and just leaves it there. The poor janitor has to clean the basin the day after thoroughly because of that fucking retard who doesn't have any civic sense. I want catch that nigger's collar and beat that nigga up when I find him again. Teach him a lesson. But my friend tells me not to bother and just complain to the wardens and he will take care of it. There's no point picking up a fight for something so trivial. My friend is probably right but I still hate that nigher. I want to cave his skull in. Filthy pig @666PSL @Chadeep
