Oldcels definitely need a separate section since half of the skeletal procedures mentioned only a reliable success rate on younger unmatured bones. I suggest Oldcels be considered those men whose bones have matured, particularly fused facial sutures (25+). Testosterone also drops off at around that age (even when factoring our soi-society.)
