There should be a surgery for sloppy shoulders (proportions fix)

Sloppy shoulders make you look more shorter than you actually are, people with straight shoulders are blessed as their proportions make them look taller. I have sloppy shoulders and when I walk with my shoulders up I look slighty taller.

Its usually cause of a muscle imbalance. Doing a lot of back exercises and strengthening muscles always fixed it for me.

But sloppy shoulders are caused by bones not muscles, the clavicles are too low.
