If you are of the mindset that living is suffering then everything you do to improve your lived experience is “cope”

Ik it’s not a ‘just’ but you just have to find a reason for life to be worth living.

Find something worth protecting. Worth fighting for.

That’s what I did. I might be like 95iq though cause I can convince myself of anything lol.
