There's a study called the Dunedin study , which shows that the people that are most successful are people that can control themselves.

I developed my discipline dramatically with animal based diet, raw diet, and a job demanding discipline (a warehouse job).
How did you improve discipline? Did it help you with looks max and money max and talking with girls?

For us, so called "success", is success at looksmax and being with girls and relationships. So, how does discipline plays into that?

The Dunedin study found that self-control, which refers to the ability to regulate one's thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, is a strong predictor of a range of positive outcomes in life. Individuals with high self-control tend to have better health, relationships, and economic stability, while those with low self-control are more likely to experience problems in these areas.

Self-control was measured in the study through a variety of methods, including:

  • Observations of children's behavior in laboratory settings
  • Parent and teacher reports of children's behavior
  • Self-reports of behavior and personality traits

The study found that children who had high self-control at age 3-5, as measured by their ability to wait for rewards, follow rules, and regulate their emotions, were more likely to have positive outcomes in later life, including:

  • Better physical and mental health
  • More stable and satisfying relationships
  • Higher levels of educational and occupational achievement
  • Greater economic stability and financial security
  • Lower rates of substance abuse and crime

In contrast, children with low self-control were more likely to experience problems in these areas, including:

  • Poorer physical and mental health
  • More unstable and unsatisfying relationships
  • Lower levels of educational and occupational achievement
  • Greater economic instability and financial insecurity
  • Higher rates of substance abuse and crime

Honestly, the best thing to do is to get a shit brick phone so you won’t be exposed to social media.

After I got my job, I do not have time for wasting, so I stopped wasting time. Instead, I did a lot of self improvement, in diet, hydration, looksmax, and daily habits of self maintenance (those habits take away even more time at the beginning, fun fact, helping even more).

I also started reading a book (https://looksmax.org/threads/the-lu...nancial-freedom-health-and-happiness.1320739/)

And, I started to spend a few minutes thinking what to say to one girl at work, and made some clever starters of our chat which helped to start out the fun chat for the day (https://looksmax.org/threads/how-to-start-chatting-with-girls-at-work.1317791/)

I still kill a lot of time watching some videos which are about real information, but information that I already know, because of the interestingness from the makers of the video.

If I would choose what I want in terms of spending time, I would want to limit my consumption of videos to only 1 day per week, and keep the rest of time FREE for my self improvement and eventually attempts at talking with girls.

No it isn't
Success is peace of mind
And that is directly related to self control
Hence why everyone should monkmaxx

I will pursue renunciation when I would have something TO renounce. Right now I am seen as subhuman and don't have anything given to me, even prevented from earning good things.
I acquired peace of mind after I stopped with the traps of plant based diet and caffeine. Why do I need 1 percent more, I have it like I have air, plentyful.
I need love.
