Your eyebrows should look a bit more natural, rougher, less defined, and a little sparse at the edges. Right now, they look drawn on, which gives off homosexual vibe. Aside from that, try using something like Volufiline under your eyes to add some volume there. Everything else would require surgery, which really isn't worth it.
