My personal preference: I prefer big pets over small ones.
If you suggest a spider, suggest a big one that I can feel, touch and that is massive visually.

they climbing my walls, i think the reason for this is that they ran out of food. I probably had some small pieces of food under my couch, which was infested and consumed by beasts/maggots. Now that the food is consumed, the maggots started crawling on my walls.

Honestly, the fact I see maggots crawling on my walls means that the problem is solved: the food is gone and now the maggots are looking for new food, which they wont find, so they will eventually die.

I have so far found 8 maggots and killed them, saving them from a starvation-death.

They didn't do no harm to anyone.

I don't understand why people are afraid of insects, spiders, etc. At least not in the place where I live (netherlands).
