it doesn't really matter whether anyone else is bigger than you, being in shape will only amplify what you already have, if you look like shit it's 10x0, which is still 0.

gear really is magic its just the food that matters even while on gear you could train like a bitch and still grow much more than a natty as long as you are eating more and optimal protein

you are also on gear so pls dont downplay it so much.

True tbh. Hit the gym for about 2 months natty then hop on test, whatever dosage and maybe add in an AI and save up the rest that you would spend on GH for example on blood work. IMO the best way to do it and natty training is actual torture.

Doing those fucking excercises and not seeing any results at all is insane

Im lowkey too scared of the E2 sides so I wouldn’t run it without an AI.
I’m currently on way to much E2 from my past enclo usage and it’s fucked.

Also it’s kinda fucked that you have to constantly pin test. What if I wanna fly somewhere, then I’m fucked

drawing the test from the vial , rubbing alcohol swab on your glutes or thighs or wherever tf you pin and boom inject the needle and push the plunger you are done
takes 2 minutes and you get better with time

Those are the people who have dogshit nutrition/never in a large enough surplus, or one at all because they are scared to lose their abs or jawline temporarily, they have no idea how to properly train / have with adequate intensity, are inconsistent, don't progressively overload etc.

Roids are magic if you are willing to sacrifice your face for some time and put on some bodyfat to actually bulk. Without doing that you are never going to get anywhere, even on roids. You can stay in you muh "200 calorie surplus bro" and stay ripped year round if you wish, but your physique will always look the same for the most part. Big amounts of physique-changing muscle takes big amounts of food, end of story. AAS don't do shit without raw materials to build muscle. No one with an impressive phyique built it in a prolonged 200 calorie surplus, I guarantee it, even if that's what they preach. At one point they shoved large amounts of food down their gullet in a large surplus to get the development they have.

Natty training is indeed a meme after a year.

true i looked dyel when natty my boddybuiling genetics are dead avrage but when i hopped on gear i saw gains week by week the pumps were are so fucking crazy the strength gains omg
gear is magic its not even about training intensity on gear you could literally train for 20 minutes like a bitch a day 3x a week and still grow more than a natty as long as you are in a surplus/eating enough protein it really is only the diet that matters on gear thats it
