The main question is if there's life before death. How many of us are living the life we want? Very few. So understand the fact that absolute happiness is a myth but absolute sadness is not

The real question is whether there's life during life

Happiness is a myth for most people because they haven't experienced it. But there are people who have experienced sadness

The real point is contemplating that it is highly likely there is a God (simulation hypothesis is just God by any other name for secular dorks, let's be honest) and as such how will he judge the totality of how you lived? Life is but a blink of an eye compared to ETERNITY. I guess you can always do some Buddhist coping and put your chips in reincarnation.
