The top professions: doctors, shit job dealing with old people 99% of the time, have to do disgusting things, serve the jewish order constantly pushing pills. What's to be proud of? You're a disgusting sewer rat putting your finger up old peoples asses. A surgeon at least is contributing to society and accomplishing something respectable, but it's again an awful job and the only reason to put up with it is if you have a family to provide for making the salary worth it.
