Trying to quit porn as an incel is one of the hardest things I’ve ever attempted. It’s like the only “escape” I have, but at the same time, it’s destroying me. My mental health is completely wrecked, and I know deep down that porn is a huge reason why.


If I could just stop, I swear my mind would be so much clearer. I wouldn’t be rotting as much or feeling like a slave to my impulses. But as an incel, with zero intimacy or real-life connections, the temptation is always there.
