Nigga, what's your problem? You can download a PS1 emulator, it's ROM for free (and any computer can run a PS1 emulator), you're wasting money just to play the good guy "I support a multimilionare Japanese company while I'm working class/peasant myself, look how virtuous I am..."
Paying for games only make sense if your pc is not powerful enough to run post-PS2 games, so it's better to play it on console (since it will run any game that's it's released for it, with no need to care about specs) , if not, you're only losing money.
