Its absolutely soul crushing when you go up to weight yourself stand there and look at the scale to notice you haven't lost weight. The calorie counting, the intense exercises was all im vain. It is like a punch to the gut. When I initially started going on deficit I legit felt like crying sometimes when I went to weight myself and noticed I hadn't lose weight. Some of the most demotivating things is seeing no progress in your weight loss journey. Weight plateus are brutal asf

My problem doesn't come from lack of discipline and laziness tho. my body just doesn't want to lose the fat and weight. I have a very easy time gaining weight tho. Both muscle and fat. It's the weight loss that is hard for me.

It really is a mindfuck because you feel like you're starving yourself, probably eating way too little, losing weight too fast, beating the shit out of yourself, and then you step on the scale and you haven't lost anything.

I did feel like I lost weight many times. Like my pants is the slight bit loser or something like that but on the scale it doesn't show. The scale can be deceiving

Idk enough about ur stats and info to comment rly. For me with the amount of muscle all i do is drop full fat dairy to half fat and up my step count and I get rly lean.

Weight plateaus are pretty normal though ur body has a set point and it takes a long time+ effort to drop below that. Its why people who do short ozempic cycles immediately rebound allot of the time.

If ur problems are overeating/comfort eating and previous lack of exercise Id recommend wht I did the other guy and try ozempic + exercise habits + an ssri to speed up the habitual changes you need.
