I can’t watch or enjoy a movie, I can’t go out cuz I get depressed watching people being NT and having fun, there’s no game that I enjoy.

All I do to “relax” is doom scrolling on TikTok but it never feels like I’m actually enjoying it only wasting time.

Can’t even relax . All my thoughts make me paranoid and anxious

same fr tbh, my thoughts always try to get me in an anxious mode for no reason.

I’d be laying down and randomly get super anxious about some bullshit.

Most of the time distracting myself amplifies that feeling.

I start feeling like I’m escaping the problem even tho there’s no problem or no need to go and fix it.

it just depends by the person when I escape

The emotions are buried and I have temporary peace
