man when i was in brazil i was eating whatever i wanted, from sugary shit, to oily shit, etc, had no weight scale to even track myself, i was in there for a good month before i came back, my cheeks were hollow as shit, my body obviously, wasn’t so so slim because i was putting a lot of calories in my body, but my face was super slim my zygos were popping out like crazy

came back to the US, with my weight scale, calorie deficit, and am still bloated as FUCK
