I understand what you mean since I have 20/20 vision not like these subhumans that not even their vision is human enough.

Those dots is just parts of the face where theres more melanin than other places and the body just does that in many places of your body but in this particular case they are not seen as much as the others since its less melanin.

You dont have to fix this as this isnt a problem and its possible that those dots will get denser when you are old since old people get a ton of those.

TLDR; DONT WORRY ABOUT IT BUDDY BOYO ITS NOTHING AND WONT DO HARM TO YOU
