when you lose weight and are fully softmaxxed get:
rhino
bimax ( recessed jaw and could have a better maxilla)
A lip lift (shorten mfr)

But always get to your peak softmaxx wise b4 you even consider and hardmaxx

I understand but the last time I visited a surgeon,he said jaw surgery isn't required and I would get a good result from genioplasty/chin implants

His MFR is not a problem lol.

Bimax needs to be worked towards ASAP, it should not be pushed off for muh leanmaxxing. His jaw is clearly recessed enough to impair his life.

But it doesn't matter - he's just constantly making these threads instead of taking action, receiving the same answers.

For now focus on softmaxxing and losing fat, but from what it looks like is that you have an overbite, correct me if im wrong, any bite issue?
Overbite. Mandible is clearly too short + weak chin.
However, I agree that losing weight and exhausting the least invasive options should be done before considering invasive surgery.

He has a noticeably longer mfr and thin lips so I believe that a llift would help

Can leanmax while doing the inevitable year of braces.

Dude why the fuck are you listening to surgeons? You think they know anything at all? You will get your surgery for aesthetic purposes not for functional purposes. Most surgeons are stupid and coward. They only do bare minimum for functionality not for aesthetics...you need jaw surgery and jaw/cheek/eye area implant! Try pagnoni or giants! You need someone blackpilled to save your face otherwise say good bye to dating

Yes but the soft tissue sometimes act differently, it may not be severe skeletaly many of the times and just the soft tissue in general, but yes he has overbite.

Yes he's definitely fat, but he also needs a Bimax and that should be worked towards asap.

Hey zemult,I will first have to wear braces for 8-12 months.during that time, can I cope with a chin implant?, could a chin implant alone improve my frontal view significantly?

Working towards bimax is what I meant by the inevitable year of braces

Don't get chin implants. You need all of bimax, genio, and ccw. You can get these covered by insurance if you have sleep apnea (which I think you might from your pics).

Dumbest shit I've ever heard lol. Save money or work with insurance to get the bimax, it will ascend you. If you get insurance approved, they will also help with the genio.

You should get rhinoplasty, potentially MSE, full trimax with maximum advancement, eye hood fat grafting, infraorbital/zygomatic PEEK implants, gonion PEEK implants.

Could I reach MTN if I get bimax?

maybe low mtn or high ltn at the absolute most if your bimax + genio + ccw turns out perfect and you fix your skin, get lean etc.
What about bsso?

Lose weight then get jaw surgery
