If you are gonna commit to something, then commit. Get the body you want in the most effective way possible. Dont do what this guy does. His blood pressure is just as high as any steroid user and his cholesterol tolls are almost certainly just as bad. All that to have a garbage physique. If you are gonna shorten your life, do it strategically at least.
