First of all both pictures have different angles, so it is hard to be certain.
Firstly his nose, its completely changed and in the after no longer a hooked nose. To me it looks like a non surgical rhinoplasty because the top part of the nasal bridge looks like the only part affected between these photos, so a surgeon must have injected filler there to straighten it out, but didnt put any near the tip because upturned noses look non masculine, rather feminine, and also would clearly show surgery results rather than ‘mewing results’.
His ramus looks almost the same size, philtrum more projected because of his mustache. He isnt actually allowed to keep it that long, thats what islam says anyway.
Lastly his browridge. Its completely different. Its hard to comprehend that Mewing and bonesmashing did that, just seems unbelievable.
I believe mewing works, but not at this rate considering his age. Even if he did just sit in a chin tuck all day hard mewing, bone can only remodel at a certain rate.
Lots of mistakes probably but just a quick thought i had cba editing it, but what in trying to say is this wasnt just mewing, but filler too. Mewing still works.
