Hydrocortisone 2 weeks didnt fix anything in fact my nose got bigger

I have thick ass skin on nose anyone have any method that worked? I'm willing to do anything...not surgery cus I want to thin the skin first

Hydrocortisone can make things worse lol, stop using topicals if this is the case for you.

Rhinoplasty + deflatting is your only option
