Thick facial hair above upper lip

I have reall coarse facialhair in general and it is very dark. I dont have pale skin; i have a very nice skin colour that's olive and tanned but still even when shaving theres this grey tint left over. It just kinda kills my pretty boyish appeal and looks a bit too masculine. I dont wnat to get rid of my facial hair forever but i would def like if the follice wasnt as deep and thick. any way to slow the growth or eliminate the shadow?

I shave every 2 days. So let’s I shave on Monday morning by Tuesday night I will have some facial hair and then I shave on Wednesday morning
