I just want recommendations for anything that will help me with clear skin since I want that soft glow.
Im 14 and to be fair just want things for skin because I am not retarded enough to hop on steroids until I've done thorough research and later on in life.
Anyways drop recommendations✡️✡️

Diet, sunlight, no blue screens, raw tallow, collagenous foods (bone marrow, bone broth, etc.), low cortisol, so touching or scratching your skin

Son what in that was retarded

Raw tallow is a great skincare, and the only thing but water you should put on your face, but I personally don't eat it cause it tastes bad but whatever
Comodogenic, no humectants etc, mogged by any moisturuser

Sun is also the number 1 most detrimental thing to skin and looks ovr by a mile

Commercial moisturizers and chemical skincare are filled with unnatural random agents and shitty compounds nobody can pronounce, and you are letting them into the skin. The reason why they may seem to hold back spots or acne or redness, it because these things are detoxing, the body would detox and some chemicals or metals would escape through the skin, resulting in spots and stuff.

By using chemicals and random agents you don't know onto your skin, you are holding the toxins inside your body, while technically getting rid of them visibly, keeping the toxins in the body.

That is why when using raw tallow, you may see a brief surge in spots, but from experience they go away soon after, if paaired with a good diet of course.

The sun, on the other hand, is the best thing for the body when sunbathing/being exposed properly. While yes, it can age the skin, the sun has so much more benefits, and if you sunbathe in good timing, you'll avoid long and short term skin aging, but do not use sunscreen

So what theyre unnatural? Natural doednt mean fuck all and implying otherwise is a naturalistic fallacy, you couldnt pronounce most compounds natural or not, thats because of how organic chem is structured not becausd of any practical impact

And your evidence for this is? Link please.

The sun will always age you, lesrn how it works, such high energy photons will break your dna no matter what, sunscreen is proven to drasticslly lower this damage

Alright dude you kinda right on the first point, but the sun thing is wrong too.

I ask ai is tallow good and that is all they say, no downsides (they list some products but that's it).

If you are referring to its comedogenic effect, that is true, so for certain skin types like those who are very acne-prone or naturally oily it is not the best choice, but for everyone else it is a good choice.

Hered evidence that it damages dna, your dna strands are nothing compared to ionizing photons, use your brain

ok fine you can think that, but still the products can stop or push in the toxins from "coming out" in detoxing, so that still stands.

Because ai just gathers much info, and when you search about this its mainly gonna give biased sources as most sited about it are also selling it

Well I know from a few websites I looked through that had reports and shi on there, saying tallow was good so whatever

No it doesnt, for it to stand you need to show evidence like i asked you to do previously, you didnt because you probs heard some dude yapping out of his ass on tiktok and you ate it up unreasonably

Identify Ur skin issues first then ask this again Ur just gonna waste money on useless products

Well it is kinda true and false when I think about it, it is what you think (and what your skin type is), but I agree and use it, but you don't have to and you can say what you want
https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC11193910/

This shows that tallow is a potentially (and likely imo) good skincare for some, although it has some research gaps they still need to look into

If youre basing factual stances based on thought youre retarded, to even imply you could with even slight accuracy estimate any of these products and their downstream effects and qusntify and compare. Look at the evidence

Youre talking as if this is a subjective matter when its very far from being so, either there is toxins or not.

So it didnt even show any relevsnt comparison in the slightest? Even when that was the entire topic
