I am on top of water and staying away from sodium and salty foods, but how important is sleep to this, and can drinking coffee in the morning help with puffiness?

Lower carbs and sugar consumption, even from fruits (not saying cut them out entirely.) and ice your face in the morning in water with ice cubes. And sweating from working out does wonders to debloat. I heard raw ginger root helps. And I have found that daily lmyphatic massages work well for me.
